1) Definitions

“Goods”: Golf carts, parts, accessories, batteries, chargers, tyres, and any related products sold by us.
“Services”: Repairs, maintenance, upgrades, inspections, fitment, and customisation work.

“Custom/Bespoke”: Any Goods or Services made or modified to your specifications.
2) Use of Website and Information Accuracy

- errors may occur (pricing, availability, typographical mistakes).

3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
3.1 Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote (or, if not stated, a reasonable time) and are subject to stock availability, supplier pricing, and final specification confirmation.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed/quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed on your invoice/order confirmation.
3.3 Availability
Stock availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and payment terms (if applicable) are met.
4) Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we:
- issue an invoice/order confirmation, and/or
- confirm acceptance in writing, and/or
- dispatch the goods or schedule services.
We may decline an order for reasons including (but not limited to): stock limitations, suspected fraud, incomplete information, or inability to deliver to the requested location.
5) Payments
5.1 Payment methods
We accept payment methods as indicated on our invoice or at checkout (where applicable).
5.2 Payment confirmation
Orders may only be processed after payment is confirmed/cleared (especially for EFT payments).
5.3 Deposits
Some orders—especially golf carts, custom builds, or special-order items—may require a deposit before work begins or stock is reserved. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred or goods were sourced specifically for you, subject to applicable law.
6) Delivery, Shipping, and Collection
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy (available on our website). Key points:
- delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary,
- you must provide accurate delivery details and ensure access/availability, and
- risk may transfer upon delivery acceptance or collection, subject to applicable law.

7) Inspection on Delivery/Collection
You must inspect Goods on delivery/collection and notify us promptly of:
- visible damage,
- missing items, or
- incorrect items.
Where possible, take photos and keep packaging until the issue is resolved.
8) Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy (available on our website). Important notes:
- change-of-mind returns may be limited, especially for custom or special-order items,
- refunds (if approved) are typically processed back to the original payment method, and
- cancellation after dispatch may result in shipping or handling deductions where permitted.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under South African consumer protection laws where applicable.
9) Custom Builds, Upgrades, and Fitment Work
9.1 Specifications and approvals
For custom builds and upgrades, you are responsible for confirming specifications (colour, accessories, seat material, tyres, electronics, performance options). We may require written approval before commencing.
9.2 Lead times
Custom work lead times are estimates. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, workshop scheduling, or unforeseen technical issues.
9.3 Variations
Minor variations may occur due to material availability or manufacturing differences. Where a material/component change is required, we will aim to contact you for approval before substitution.
10) Pre-Owned Golf Carts
Pre-owned carts may show signs of prior use (cosmetic wear and normal wear-and-tear). Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- pre-owned carts are sold based on condition described/inspected at time of sale, and
- batteries, tyres, and consumables are subject to wear and may not be covered unless specifically warranted.
We recommend requesting detailed photos/videos and confirming included accessories before purchase.
11) Warranty and Limitations
11.1 Manufacturer warranties
Some products may carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms (coverage and duration) vary by brand and product and may require correct installation and use.
11.2 Exclusions
Unless required by law, warranties typically do not cover:
- misuse, neglect, accidents, water ingress, overloading, or racing/abuse,
- unauthorised modifications or repairs,
- incorrect installation (including DIY installation where professional fitment is required),
- normal wear-and-tear items (e.g., tyres, brake wear items, cosmetic finishes),
- damage due to improper charging practices or incorrect electrical connections.
11.3 Service workmanship
Where we perform services, we will do so with reasonable care and skill. If you believe a service issue occurred, notify us promptly so we can assess and remedy where appropriate.
12) Customer Responsibilities and Safe Use
You are responsible for:
- using the golf cart safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines,
- ensuring drivers are competent and appropriately supervised,
- complying with any applicable rules for estates, golf courses, road use, or community regulations, and
- maintaining the cart (battery care, tyre pressure, periodic servicing).
We do not provide legal advice on road legality or licensing; if you intend to operate a cart on public roads, you must confirm requirements with relevant authorities.
13) Limitation of Liability (To the Extent Permitted by Law)
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of income, loss of business, downtime) arising from the use of Goods/Services, delivery delays, or third-party carrier issues, and
- our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific Goods/Services giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
14) Privacy and Communications
When you contact us or place an order, you may provide personal information (e.g., name, address, contact numbers). We will handle personal information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy requirements and use it for purposes such as order processing, delivery coordination, warranty administration, and customer support.
You consent to us contacting you via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your order, delivery, and after-sales support.
